Static Guarding is the term for security Manpower.
This may involve personnel on access points, or guarding equipment or valuables, crowd control, scene securing, or personal protection... essentially anything requiring a person!
When utilising manpower the key ingredient is to ensure the person or person's supplied are appropriate for the role. This may include a certain personality type, training, or skills that are specific to the clients need.
Allied are experts at assessing the client's needs, identifying the person required, providing the training, and supplying the right person. This skill is one of the reasons for our service being of a high standard, and it is a skill we look for when employing management.
Once supplied the person needs to have a level of management appropriate to the role. Again this is an area we excel in. Supplying management, support, advice, and reporting systems results in an excellent level of service.
If we weren't experts at this we would not have grown and continue to grow!
Vetting It is very important to ensure the guards you are being supplied have been appropriately vetted by the supply company and by yourself.
To ensure you are getting guards of the highest standard the following should be checked: - site the guards security licence and check it is current (called a COA) - ask about the guards experience with the company - ask about the training required to be employed
